This motor could be the future of e-bikes

The Avinox MG Concept MGU is an e-bike motor that allows riders to select their preferred pedaling cadence and automatically adjusts gears for optimal performance. This motor offers manual control as well. It's a Motor Gearbox Unit announced by two companies, including Avinox, a DJI spinoff. This technology could be the future of e-bikes. It's set to be released next year.
