Launch Day Fire: How I Fixed a "Silent" Production Crash on My Legal AI Infrastructure

A production crash occurred on the Lawyie AI infrastructure due to an un pinned dependency in the requirements.txt file. The Starlette library updated to version 0.37.0+, causing a GZip compression issue. The lead architect applied version pinning to restore stability by hard-coding the stable version of the library. This taught the importance of stability over newness, reading logs, and transparency in building and maintaining infrastructure.
