Securing AI at Enterprise Scale: The Google Kubernetes Engine Blueprint
Google Cloud and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) have released a blueprint for securing AI workloads at enterprise scale. The blueprint addresses three critical layers of the AI stack: infrastructure, model security, and zero-trust networking & identity. It provides a security baseline, confidential accelerators, and provenance and behavioral integrity to protect proprietary model weights and defend against novel application-layer threats. This is essential for CISOs and platform engineering teams to protect their AI developers and comply with regulatory requirements. To implement this, teams can use GKE features and consolidate controls across multiple Google Cloud services.
