We Benchmarked SMS Against C++, C#, and Kotlin. Here's What Happened.

We benchmarked SMS against C++, C#, and Kotlin, and found that SMS runs 20% faster than equivalent C++ at the same optimizer level. SMS's direct LLVM IR generation and lack of frontend overhead give it a speed advantage. However, Kotlin JVM stays ahead with JIT assistance. SMS also lags behind in event dispatch, but this is a known issue.
