I built a bilingual profit tracker for my father's cyber café using a React + Node.js stack. The app automatically calculates profit per transaction in real time, reducing manual calculation errors. Key features include expense tracking, reports, and a 7-day profit trend chart. The stack includes Postgres for database management, Supabase for Postgres interaction, and i18next for multilingual support. Key decisions include keeping money math in the request path and using a quantity field to simplify transaction logging.
