I built a Claude Code skill that turns negative competitor reviews into a roadmap

A Claude Code skill called GapHunter was built to automatically extract and analyze competitor reviews from various platforms, providing a roadmap for product development. This skill can save time and effort for side project owners. To use it, simply run the command /gaphunter followed by the names of competitors. The output includes a JSON sidecar and an HTML report with tabs for summary, quick wins, comparison matrix, and implementation plan. The skill is MIT licensed and available on GitHub.
