Skills Were Only Half the Answer: Upgrading to Agents, Skills and Commands

The author upgraded their Claude Code skills repository to address limitations with the original agent-skills structure. The new structure, called 'claude', includes three layers: skills, agents, and commands. This upgrade is now bundled with Kickoff 1.36.0 and can be installed with a one-line command. The new structure allows for better separation of concerns and delegation of tasks.
