Cognyte Sells a Mobile Cell Surveillance Van

Cognyte's FalcoNet technology, a mobile phone tower simulator, allows law enforcement to track nearby phones, raising privacy concerns. This technology is similar to the infamous Stingray. It can be concealed in vehicles, backpacks, or attached to helicopters. This contract with Texas highlights the use of mass surveillance technology.
