Microsoft tests Windows Search without all the ads and fluff

Microsoft is testing a cleaner version of Windows 11 search that removes ads and recommended content. This change aims to regain user trust and improve the overall Windows experience. The decluttered Search Box is being rolled out to Windows Insiders in the Experimental channel. This could be a step towards a more streamlined Windows interface. Users may see a revamped search homescreen with only recent searches displayed.
