GitGuardian NHI Governance now provides comprehensive visibility into machine identities, including API keys, service accounts, and bot tokens, due to the lack of visibility into these identities. This is crucial as attackers can probe exposed AWS credentials in under 17 minutes. To address this, GitGuardian offers a single view of machine credentials, automatic risk scoring, and one-click revocation. This is necessary as IAM platforms were designed for human identities, not machine identities.
