GitHub Code Quality Moves to General Availability, Bringing New Costs and Capabilities

GitHub Code Quality is moving out of preview and into general availability, ending the free preview period. This affects over 10,000 enterprises that used the feature. A new cost will be incurred starting July 20, 2026. Users will need to consider budgeting for this new expense. The feature still offers new capabilities.
