Migrating Off OpenClaw Without Downtime — and the Offset That Made Hermes Look Dead

I migrated from OpenClaw to Hermes without downtime, running both in parallel for a couple of weeks to compare their performance. I chose Hermes due to its reliability with long-running tasks and its persistence in delivering tasks. The key takeaway is that the system around the model matters more than the model itself.
