The Atlantic created a searchable database of the music used to train AI

The Atlantic has made four large datasets of music used to train AI models searchable for the public. These datasets contain millions of tracks, with two being extremely large at 12 million and 9 million tracks. This move allows researchers and developers to access and use this training data, which has already been used in research papers by Google and Stability. This development matters as it increases transparency and accessibility of AI training data. Engineers can now access and utilize this data for their projects.
