The meta-repo as AI multiplier

A meta-repo was created to provide AI assistants with full cross-platform context without merging three mature repos into a monorepo. This setup makes onboarding easier and reduces setup commands from three to one. It's a solution to a constraint specific to this project, where merging repos wasn't worth the disruption. The meta-repo contains shared skills, architecture knowledge, and a setup script, and points to the platform repos via symlinks.
