SELinux Volume Label Changes goes GA (and likely implications in v1.37)

Kubernetes v1.37 will enable SELinuxMount by default, potentially breaking applications that rely on recursive relabeling. Audit your cluster in v1.36 to fix or opt out of this change. If you don't use SELinux, nothing changes. Plan ahead if you run Kubernetes on Linux with SELinux in enforcing mode.
