The two 1RM formulas that give different answers (and which one to trust)

Two one-rep max formulas, Epley (1985) and Brzycki (1993), give different answers under fatigue. This matters when programming percentages. To be safe, average the two formulas or use the more conservative of the two. A function is provided to calculate and average the two formulas.
