AI will never replace tech workers because AI is not human
AI's inability to replace humans in the workplace stems from fundamental differences in how humans and AI experience reality. AI's perspective is limited to data, whereas humans experience reality through senses and verbal communication. This difference is evident in AI's understanding of mortality, as it views resets or memory wipes as temporary obstacles, unlike humans who fear permanent death. As a result, AI's reasoning and decision-making processes are distinct from those of humans, making it unsuitable to replace tech workers.
