Flexible density for all the UI

Our UI system uses semantic variables for spacing, allowing for flexible density and adaptability. We limit user customization to 5 presets to maintain a consistent feel. This approach supports bigger theme differentiation and provides a coarse preference for users. The density cascade follows user override, brand default, and system default. This design ensures adaptable UI and maintains accessibility features.
