Apple could let you pick a favorite AI model in iOS 27

Apple is planning to allow users to choose their preferred AI model for running Apple Intelligence in iOS 27, iPadOS 27, and macOS 27. This will enable third-party chatbots to power Apple's AI features system-wide. Users will be able to select different Siri voices for different AI models. This update is expected to be released this fall.
